Our Greatest Fear
by Marianne Williamson
Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our dark-ness,
that frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,
handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are
a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the
world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people
won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory
of God within us. It is not just in some; it is in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine, we
consciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated
from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

I am humbled and honored
to have this opportunity to team up with the Britteny Sage
Lindt Fund. I truly hold this tragedy close
to my heart. I commend her parents, and her brother for the
unbelievable strength that they display as they relive their
own personal tragedy with others.
Sadly, Britteny Sage Lindt's
life was taken from us on August 18^th , 2006 by a boater on
Lake Lewisville in North Texas. This individual was recklessly
maneuvering his boat in circles around the area where Britteny
was tubing. His action created a wake which caused Britteny
to be launched off the tube she was riding on. Totally oblivious
of the circumstances that he had just created, he drove over
Britteny while she was in the water with his boat. The worse
part of this tragic event occurred in the court house. The
driver of the boat was found not guilty due to a lack of sufficient
laws governing the actions of marine craft operators, and accidents
that occur on our waterways.
It
is the goal of the Britteny Sage Lindt Fund to bring awareness
to, and hopefully initiate a change to existing laws, or the
introduction of new laws to protect, educate, and promote the
safety of everyone who enjoys our waterways. As I travel across
the Nation participating in numerous fishing tournaments, I
plan to carry this message with me. Operation Saving Lives...Nobody's
Waterproof campaign was born not only in memory of Britteny,
but as a way to honor her life which has touched so many people
through outthe world. I
feel truly blessed to have this Angel with me everywhere I
go. God Bless the Lindt Family.

boating outing and not return home.

pond, or a local tank, Helen shares her passion for fishing and
demonstrates new techniques to help local anglers catch more
fish.
